Our Story
At Ladybird Nursery our ethos is based on the understanding that children are foremost their own educators – natural learners with ability, curiosity and imagination. A child’s experience in the early years has a major impact on their future.
We believe each child deserves the best possible start in life and the support to fulfil their potential. As professionals we nurture their learning by providing the opportunity and tools to enable all our children to be happy, secure and independent individuals.
Care and Education
Our nursery follows the government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in order to provide the assurance to parents or carers that our care and education provision will keep their children safe and support their learning. In a typical day, children can participate in creative activities, sand and water play, story time and circle time, as well as having fun outdoors.
Excellent childcare is vital for you and for your child at Ladybird Nursery we lay down the foundations so as when your child leaves nursery to go to school they leave happy, educated, independent, confident and equipped for their next big step!
